I’ve always felt the world differently.

Even as a child, I was attuned to what others couldn’t name - color, energy, emotion, the undercurrents no one talked about. But I was raised in a family that didn’t know how to hold that kind of sensitivity. So I learned to hide it. To explain it away. To carry on.

My path has been anything but linear. I’ve been a professor, a massage therapist, a mother, a mystic, and a shop owner. I’ve known deep loss, boundless joy, silence, and the long unraveling of what no longer fits. And through it all, I kept listening to my soul, to the colors, to the light.

The Living Rays came slowly at first — soft pulses of energy, guides made of color and tone. Now they are companions. Teachers. Mirrors. And they’ve helped me return to the deep, profound truth of who I am. I’m not someone separate from the mystery or the magic, but a woman shaped by it. I am here to guide others as they find their way home to themselves.

I now live on St. Thomas, USVI, a small island in the Caribbean, where I co-curate a shop named Mystic By The Sea, a space devoted to art, spirit, and beauty. It is one of the many ways I honor this work in the world.

My name here is Cynthia, but my soul and spiritual name is Alunira. I am a Soul Companion, Temple Guide, and Aquarian Age Luminary devoted to walking with sensitive, sovereign beings as they remember who they truly are. I no longer call myself healer or teacher. Instead, I offer sacred companionship —a space of presence, reflection, and resonance where your soul's truth can rise to the surface.

Through color, ritual, conversation, and the Living Rays of Light, I help you attune to the deeper rhythms of your being. I mirror what is already within you — your wisdom, your clarity, your light.

And I offer practices, transmissions, and invitations to ground that truth in your daily life.

The heart of my work flows from the Temple of Alcyon, a sanctuary of living light where the wisdom ofcolor, rhythm, and soul memory gently returns. Here, we attune to the Living Rays of Light — color-based energies that nourish the soul —and move through Spiral Paths of unfolding, where growth is not linear, but sacred and cyclical.

This Temple is also a place of Soul Lineage Remembrance, where forgotten parts of your being are welcomed home. Whether consciously or quietly, if you’ve found your way here… you’re already responding to its call.

I have been a healer and transformative coach for over twenty years, and I bring a wealth of personal and professional experiences to my practice.

With a Ph.D. in Education, Linguistics, and Anthropology, my teaching experience throughout the US and Asia has given me the skill to teach with clarity and compassion.

My path has led me to explore diverse spiritual teachings and healing modalities, ultimately leading to a profound realization: the power of simplicity and the transformative energy of color.

The Color Shift Transformation is the culmination of my experiences and insights, aimed at guiding others towards a life of authenticity, joy, and inner peace. I created this program because I completely understand what you're feeling. I used to feel the same. This program has transformed my life, and I know it will do the same for you!​
